  • Introduced the ability to complete an online application on our new website, payments taken over the phone

  • Samantha Wallace joins the company

  • Change of underwriters To Hiscox
  • Introduced online click and buy facility on our website for instant cover
  • Business still run by Ian, Samantha and Naomi
